Gord Green joined Rideau in 1990 as a Sales Executive and later as Executive Vice President, Recognition & Rewards Strategy. He quickly established himself as a leading recognition consultant and program strategist, and has been helping corporations develop effective recognition solutions for almost 30 years. Gord Green has been published in industry trades and frequently speaks on the link between strategic recognition solutions and their proven return on investment, which is due to better performance management that increases both employee productivity and employee retention.
