  • April, 2010

    Rideau received the Excellence in Education Award from Recognition Professionals International for its belief and commitment towards the Certified Recognition Professionals (CRP) program. Today, almost all of Rideau's executives and day-to-day recognition leaders hold recognition's most prestigious professional designation. Created by RPI, the four course CRP program teaches active recognition personnel how to design a recognition program ideally tailored to an organization's specific needs.

  • April, 2009

    Rideau Recognition Solutions successfully passes an independent audit granting it the ISO 9001:2008 certification. This ISO certification demands all operations begoverned by explicit, well-defined procedures. Operations must be continuously monitored and meticulously recorded to guarantee consistency and quality in the end-products received by the customer.

    Every year, the Black Book of Outsourcing surveys over 24,000 outsourcing buyers worldwide and compiles a complete list of top performers. This compilation of unbiased customer opinion is used as one of the only independent guides to selecting the organization that can best create a strategic advantage where streamlining processes and cutting costs have become a priority.

  • July, 2008

    Rideau CEO Peter Hart is named a finalist for the 15th Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Peter is one of three finalists in Quebec's Business-To-Business Products and Services category. Every year, Ernst & Young recognizes one entrepreneur who, with innovation and business sense, has brought their company to the next level. Ernst & Young's awards are meant to inspire and encourage those with the potential for business ingenuity and skill.

  • November, 2007

    Rideau wins the Grande Mention at Quebec's Grands prix québécois de la qualité. The awards recognize private companies and public bodies that have implemented stringent quality-improvement systems involving all aspects of operations, and have achieved outstanding results.

  • April, 2006

    Rideau announces the acquisition of the Recognition Management Institute. Under the oversight of Roy Saunderson, the Recognition Management Institute works with companies to develop and deliver all recognition training apart from training on the actual web-tool.

  • January, 2005

    Rideau's business model received further validation when Boeing, the global aerospace giant awarded it all of its worldwide recognition programs (service awards, performance awards, instant awards, and cash award management). Rideau also serves many other leading US firms such as Lucent Technologies, H&R Block, CA and many others - today, almost 50% of its revenues comes from the US.

  • August, 2004

    Rideau provided its first customer loyalty program to VISA Desjardins.  This program covers over 600,000 card holders.  Rideau supplies all the brochures, communications, marketing materials, websites, merchandise and back office management.

  • May, 2004

    Rideau created a prestigious Board of Directors. Rideau’s board provides wise governance whose credibility has helped ease its entry into the international market.

  • April, 2002

    Rideau opens new U.S. distribution facility. Today, Rideau is a fully international operation having offices across North America, Europe and Asia and servicing countries across the globe.
