Rideau has a Continuous Improvement Department which leads our Six Sigma initiative: Six Sigma seeks to identify and remove the causes of defects and errors in manufacturing and business processes.
At Rideau, we are dedicated to providing excellence in products and services. That’s why Rideau’s Total Quality Management (TQM) program is personally directed by our Chief Operating Officer, Stephen Hart in conjunction with our Vice President of Continuous Improvement, Mai Nguyen.
Our current Six Sigma rating is 5.98, and we currently have 20 employees who are Green Belt certified to ensure efficiency in all of Rideau’s processes.
