Charles is a recognized expert in analytics, talent management,assessment, performance management and employee and customer research. He is anauthor of articles, chapters, and a book on these topics. He has worked with ahas overseen large many research and analytics initiatives at Fortune 500companies over the past 12 years.
He is the winner of the Society for Industrial and OrganizationalPsychology’s M. Scott Myers Award and the Innovations in Assessment Award fromthe International Personnel Assessment Council.
Charles is a professor of psychology at Baruch College, CityUniversity of New York. He received a Ph.D. in industrial and organizationalpsychology from Ohio University.
