Rideau Recognition cements its place amongst top recognition providers on HRO Today’s ‘Baker’s Dozen’ list for the 10th time

MONTREAL, Aug. 24, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Rideau Recognition, a global leader in employee recognition solutions announced today its ranking in HRO Today's 'Baker's Dozen' list of top recognition providers.

"Rideau has been very busy over the past year with revamping our brand, expanding our business, and adding innovative software to our suite of services", says Rideau CEO, Peter W. Hart. "This year marks the tenth time we've appeared on the Baker's Dozen list, and the second year we've ranked second place, which reflects our commitment to being a quality recognition provider. We continually strive to be innovative with our solutions and consistent in providing strategy and services that help companies engage their employees and improve their key performance indicators. I am very pleased that amidst our constant flurry of activities, we are still recognized as one of the best."

Using specific criteria and data, employee recognition executives from various industries were asked to give their feedback on their recognition providers. To decide which recognition providers would be included on the Baker's Dozen list, editors analyzed responses from human resource executives in three categories: breadth of service, size of deals, and quality of service. A predetermined algorithm then filtered out results to calculate an overall score. Hart says that being ranked second for the second year in a row is a great honor that motivates Rideau to keep pushing toward the top position. "Internally, the only company we compete against is ourselves and we want to make sure we are always number one with our clients. Inclusion on the Baker's Dozen list is extremely important to help potential clients navigate the competitive landscape and it also helps drive us towards being the best in the industry."

Through their magazines, web portals, research papers, events and social networks, HRO Today continues to offer the largest scope of coverage in the Human Resources Industry and is often the go-to source for the latest in Human Resources solutions. Human Resource leaders count on HRO Today's "Baker's Dozen" rankings to help them select the best in Human Resource service providers.

In addition to inclusion on HRO Today's Baker's Dozen List, Rideau has received several industry recognition and awards over the past year. The International Standards Organization (ISO) selected Rideau as the first recognition provider to help create global standards. Rideau has also been included on CIO Review's "20 Most Promising HR Tech Solution Providers 2017" based on the success of their human capital solution, "Vistance". Rideau's workforce solution, "Vistance", has also won top honors at HRO Today's iTalent EMEA and iTalent North America competitions and HRO Today's TekTonic Award for "Most Disruptive" Human Resources Technology.

"We love to win at Rideau!", says Hart. "Our daily focus, however, is not winning awards. It's about helping our clients win every day. We want to help them make their workplaces a little better, their manager and employee engagement a little stronger, and continually help them increase their key performance indicators. If we can help our clients take little steps in the right direction each day, it will add up to big gains for them and that's when we consider ourselves big winners."
